ITEM EXPLANATION: Section 3.32.020 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code states
"City Council Director shall prepare for presentation at each regular
City Council meeting a registe'r of demands which shall represent all
f.i nanc i a 1 demands made upon the City from and after the date of the 1 as t
register so prepared". It also states that 11 the Finance Director shall
attach thereto an affidavit certifying the accuracy of the demands and
the· availability of the funds for payment thereof 11

AFFIDAVIT OF CERTIFICATION:
As Finance Director of the City of Carlsbad, I certify that the above is an
accurate accounting of all demands as requireg in code Section 3.32.020
