RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 80-46.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map
of Carlsbad Tract 80-46 (a six-lot, 5-residential unit
subdivision) on Highland Drive, north of Elm Avenue for
conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad
Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantially
with the conditions of approval and the tentative map as
approved by City Council on July 21, 1981 per City Council
Resolution No. 6609.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for city services resulting from this
development will be offset by the payment of the public
facilities fee.
