Bob Ilosier resigned as Carlsbad's representative to Diego County Flood Control Commission, Zone 1, Council deterrr was appropriate for the City Engineer to be the City's repres due to the technical nature of much of the material. After t resignation of Les Evans, Richard Allen was appointed. The n Engineer, Roy Kackley, has now requested consideration of his ment as the City's representative. The Commission acts in an advisory capacity to the Board of S on matters relating to water and resource conservation and fl problems. Zone 1 consists of South Carlsbad, Del Mar, Oceans Escondido, San Narcos, Vista, a portion of San Diego City and unincorporated areas, Any city with any portion which falls Zone is entitled to a representative.
