Carlsbad Tract r30-14 is a 20 lot subdivision located on the nc corner of Park Dr. and Hillside Dr. The applicant is requesti the tentative mllp be extended for a one-year period ending Mar 1984.
The tentative m2p was originally approved on Sept. 2, 1980, pi Resolution No. 6292. A one-year extension of time was grantec March 2, 1982, per Resolution No. 6797.
The applicant agreed to pay public facilities fees with the 01 appli cati on. P1 anni ng and Engi neeri ng staffs have revi ewed tl project and remmmend one additional condition be required. condition is a requirement for the developer to execute the rl Public Facilities Fee Agreement as per the latest City Counci No. 17. The subdivider has signed an agreement to waive a pri of new conditions.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Additional public facilities required by this project will be by the payment of the public facilities fee by the developer.

Inc., dba Diversified Financial Systems, is requesting a one year
time extension from the expiration date of March 1, 1983.
The reason for this request is that Coastal Equities is presently undergoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization and is unable to effectively develop further or market this project. situation will be cleared up in the near future and the project can proceed as the housing market recovers.

TIME FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT 80-14 SUBJECT TO CERTAlN CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS, Section 66473.5 of the Subdivision Map A
provides that a tentative subdivision map may no4 be appro'
unless it is consistent with all applicable general and sp
plans; and
WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Carl sbad

WHEREAS, Tentative Map CT 80-14 is now inconsistt
