CT 83-1 and Condominium Permit CP-226, then your recommended action is to approve Resolution No. 7/8 0 and adopt Ordin: 9676 and Ordinance No. 9677.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The City Council, at your meeting of March 15, 1983, introduc Ordinance No. 9676 approving MP-l49(K) and Ordinance No. 967' approving SP-l71(C). In addition, the City Council directed
City Attorney to prepare the necessary document approving a 120 unit Tentative Tract Map CT 83-1 and Condominium Permit
CP-226, That resolution is attached.
