Approve the refund of the following fees:
School fees paid on 3/19/82 with Building pennit which has exoired and
no longer needed. Building pennit No. 81-113. ·

The following fees have been collected by the city and should be refunded ·to the appropriate parties:

FISCAL IMPACT:
Any refund of fees reduce the amount of revenue available to the city; however,
the city may not retain fees collected in error, collected for services which
cannot be rendered, or collected with the intention of using said fees for a
deposit to guarantee the completion of a task once the tasl-. is completed .
