WHEREAS, Chapter 6.06 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code establishes t emergency medical transportation service for the City of Carlsbad and authorizes the imposition of a fee on the users of such services; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined an appropriate fee schedt such services, NOW, THEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 1. 2.
