RESOLUTION NO. 7220
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ClTY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF A CUSTOM BUILT MAGAZINE
RACK FOR THE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, Caroline Schindler of Carlsbad wishes to present a custc
built magazine rack to the City of Carlsbad Library in memory of Bernard
Schindler; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant tc
Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City c
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of a custom built mag
rack on behalf of all the citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlst
City Council held the -- 17th day of May , 1983, by the follow
vote, to wit:
