V\ RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to commence maintaining the public streets associated with this subdivision.
I ITEM EXPLANATION:
The developer has constructed all improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the public improvements.

FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated streets. Water systems valued at $3,835, and.sewer systems valued at $16,431 will be added to the City's inventory.
