The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californ does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: That Title 1, Chapter 1.08 of the Carl Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section 1.08.010(a) to add violations of Chapter 6.03 to the list c violations of the Carlsbad Municipal Code which are misdemeanors . SECTION 2: That Title 6 of the Carlsbad Municipal is amended by the addition of Chapter 6.03 to read as follc "Chapter 6.03 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS Sections: 6.03.010 Adopted by reference. 6.03.020 Fees. 6.03.030 Violation. 6.03.010 Adopted by reference.
