AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER
1.08 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 1.08.010(a) AND TITLE 6
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION
OF CHAPTER 6.03 TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE CHAPTER 8
AND CHAPTER 9, OF DIVISION 8 OF TITLE 6 OF THE
SAN DIEGO COUNTY CODE OF REGULATOFLY ORDINANCES
TO PROVIDE FOR DISCLOSURE OF HAZAFLDOUS MATERIALS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californ
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 1, Chapter 1.08 of the Carl
Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section
1.08.010(a) to add violations of Chapter 6.03 to the list c
violations of the Carlsbad Municipal Code which are
misdemeanors .
SECTION 2: That Title 6 of the Carlsbad Municipal
is amended by the addition of Chapter 6.03 to read as follc
