ITEM EXPLANATION The City Council, at your meeting of July '5, 1983 directed the City Attorney to prepare the documents accomplishing the above referenced recommended action. Ordinance No. "kd. Cj',-$/ w rescind the Master Plan 107 (McReynolds) as adopted by Resolu No. 3126 on May 15, 1973. The ordinance would also repeal Ordinance No, 9407 adopting a Specific Plan SP-161 for a 210 condominium project (Pacific Point Development Company) adopt November 19, 1974. Resolution No. /sx ,- would approve CT 82-24 and PUD-49 in accordance with the findings and conditions of approval as recommended by the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 2131 except condition number 52 requiring that the buildings be sprinklered. It has been revised to read as follows: ,-- rl q "52. The applicant shall install an automatic fire sprinkler system in all the buildings subject to the approval of the Fire Marshall prior to final occupanc any units. SECTION 2: That Master Plan MP-107 (McReynolds) a adopted by Resolution No. 3126 on May 15, 1973 is hereby rescinded. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall ce to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be publis at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days a its adoption.
