ITEM EXPLANATION
The City Council, at your meeting of July 5, 1983 directed the City Attorney to prepare the necessary document approving a 138 lot residential estate subdivision. That resolution is attached.
Condition number 30 has been revised by the addition of section
(h) to read as follows:
"h) The developer's obligation to dedicate the rights of
way and construct street improvements for College-Cannon offsite "B" and offsite "Dl' as required by subsections (a), (e) and (f) shall be satisfied prior to approval of t
the map titled Master Offsite Circulation Map, Mandana
Corporation marked Exhibit B on file with the City Engine<
and incorporated by reference herein."
