Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 81-30, Unit No. 1
ITEM EXPLANATION
Engineering Staff has completed checking the final map of Car
Tract 81-30, Unit No. 1 (a 64-unit condominium project),, loca
north of Poinsettia Lane on the east side of Paseo Del Norte,
conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Mun Code. The final map conforms substantially with the conditio approval and the tentative map as approved by City Council on 3, 1982, per City Council Resolution No. 6964.
FISCAL IMPACT
The increased need for city services resultin-g from this deve
will be offset by the payment of the Public Facilities Fee,

CARLSRAD , ,CALIFOKNXA APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT (CP-174) ON 27.599 ACRES OF PROPERTY
GENER4LLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
POINSETTIA LANE AND PASEO DEL NORTE IN THE P.C.

WHEREASI on June 23, 1982, the Carlsbad Planning
Commission adopted Resolution No. 1978 recommending to the C
Couiicil that Tentative Tract Hap (CT 81-30) and Condominium
Permit (CP-174) be conditionally approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
July 20, 1982 held a public hearing to consider the
recommendations and heard all persorls interested in or oppos
to Tentative Tract Map (CT 81-30) and Condorninium Permit (CP
and
WHEREAS, said Tentative Subdivision Map and Condomi
Permit have been declared to have a nonsignificant impact GI-
environment and a Negative Declaration was prepared and file
February 4, 1982 in compliance with the requiremehts of the
of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1980;
