RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. Y.j~..?accepting an easement for road pur
of a portion of Batiquitos Drive.
ITEM EXPLANATION
As a condition of approval of Carlsbad Tract 83-2, Standard Pacific was required to dedicate public roads necessary to 5
this project. Batiquitos Drive is one of these.
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will sa! City expenses in future right-of-way acquisitions.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCtPTING A GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Standard Pacific Corp. has submitted a Grant Dr
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for road purpo
said Deed is on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said De
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement to the C
Carlsbad for road purposes is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause
original Deed to be recorded in the office of the County Rei
of San Diego County, State of California, with the appropri
Certificate of Acceptance attached.
