RECOMMENDED ACTION:
City Council adopt Resolution No. 7.303 accepting the Fifty ($50) dollar donation from Hoehn Motors, the Twenty-Five ($25) dollar donation
from Rorick Buick, and the Twenty-Five ($25) dollar donation from Dixon
Ford.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Hoehn Motors, Rorick Buick, and Dixon Ford contributed money for the
Triathlon.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Staff will send a letter of appreciation to these agencies.
The $100 will be deposited in the general fund account for special events.

RESOLUTION NO. 7303
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ACCEPTING DONATIONS OF ONE-HUNDRED DOLLARS ( $100)
WHEREAS, Hoehn Motors donated fifty dollars ($50), Rorick
Buick donated twenty-five dollars ($25), and Dixon Ford donated
twenty-five dollars ($25) to the City of Carlsbad for the Triathlon;
and
WHEREAS the City Counci 1 wishes to accept these gifts ;
NOW, THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carl sbad as fol 1 ows :
1. That the City Council accepts the donations of
One-Hundred Dollars ($100) on behalf of the citizens
of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 2nd day of Awt ¶
1983, by the following vote to wit:
