RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the sewer improvements, authorize City Clerk to release
bonds, and direct the Utilities Department to commence maintaining
the public sewer associated with this subdivison.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has completed construction of a public sewer line to
serve this project consisting of 600 lineal feet of 8-inch P.V.C.
The Developer requests the City to accept this public improvement.
The sewer has been inspected by City Forces and found to be
sati sfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities Department will be required to maintain the public
sewer. The value of the improvement is, estimated at $18,900.
