REASON
Dyna Graphics paid a Business License
Tax of $1,549 when applying for a
building permit for the convers~on of
a building to a different use. This
fee should not have been collected
for this type of conversion.
Wilson/Brunk Construction paid for the
installation of a sewer laterial at
4113 Park Drive. It was later dis-
covered that a sewer lateral already
existed and was available to serve
this property.
Any reund of fees reducesthe amount of revenue available to the city; however, the
city may not retain fees collected in error, collected for services which cannot be
rendered, or collected with the intention of using said fees for a deposil to
guarantee the completion of a task once the task is completed.
