RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 7327accepting the Grant Deed for right
access on Elm Avenue and El Carnino Real.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On June 1, 1982, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 9618
approving Specific Plan No. 182, entitled Elm Garden Office.
condition of that Specific Plan, direct access rights to Elm
and El Carnino Real are to be waived, excluding access points
approved on the Specific Plan.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Applicant has paid the $40.00 Processing Fee for the Grar Deed. There are no other costs to the City associated with 1 act ion.

A RESGLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSRAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEFTING A GRANT DEED.
NHEREAS, Elm Propertie;, a general partnership, has subn
a Grant Deed conveying rights-of-access to the City of Carlst
public right-of-way purposes; said Deed is on file in the Off
the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determi~ed it to be in the public interest to accept said Del
