Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to commence
maintaining the public streets associated with this project.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed the improvements required of this
project and has requested the City to accept the public
improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated
streets.
