RESOLUTION NO. 7342
A RESOLUTION OF THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF $350 FOR THE LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Hi -Noon Rotary Club wishes to present $350 to the
City of Carlsbad Library toward the purchase of draperies for the new addition
to the Children's room; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant to Sections
37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the donation of 5350 on behalf of all
citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the hth day of Se tember 1983, by the following
vote, to wit:
