RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 81-30, Unit No. 2.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract 81-30, Unit No. 2, a 60-unit condominium project
located north of Poinsettia Lane on the east side of Paseo Del Norte, for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the
Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantially with the conditions of approval and the tentative map as approve1 by City Council on August 3, 1982, per City Council Resolution
No. 6964.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this
development will be offset by the payment of the Public
Facilities' Fee.
