RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution Nos. 738/ and 73r2, I recommending the
appointment of two members to the Carlsbad Building Authority.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The terms of Arthur Brown and Paul Heim on the Carlsbad Building Authority expire in October, 1983.
IW. Brown has served one full term on the Building Authority, and
has expressed a desire to be reappointed for an additional term.
Mr. Heim has served two full terms on the Building Authority, and has expressed a desire not to be reappointed.
The other member currently serving on the Building Authority is
Yr. C. R. Helton.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING To THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, SAN DIEGO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, THE APPOINTMENT OF ONE MEMBER
TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD BUILDING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of Arthur A. Brown on the Carlsbad Building
Authority expires in October, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is recommended to the Board
of Supervisors, San Diego County, California, to serve as a
member of the City of Carlsbad Building Authority:
