ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Car Tract 81-6, a 10-lot commercial subdivision, located south of Poinsettia Lane and east of Avenida Encinas, for conformance the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The
map conforms substantially with the conditions of approval an
