Adopt Resolution NO. 7LJod relinquishing access of Lot 435 to
Street and granting access rights to Piragua Street.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On September 13, 1983, the City received a request from the Of the property of Lot 435, Tract 72-20, Map 7950 to relinqu access rights to Venado Street and grant him an access to Pii
Street.
Staff has reviewed the request and has no objections.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RELINQUISHING ACCESS
RIGHTS OF IOT 435 OF TRACT 72-20 TO VENADO
STREET AND ACCEPTING THE GRANTED ACCESS RIGHTS OF
SAID LOT TO PIRAGUA STREET.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, (
hereby resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby
relinquishes access rights of Lot 435 of Tract 72-20, Map 7
Venado Street and authorizes the Mayor to execute a Quitcla
to that effect.
- 2. That the grant of access rights to said Lot 435 a
Piragua Street, as shown on the copy of the Grant Deed atta
hereto, is accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council at a
meeting held on the 15thday of ~ovars3er , 1983, by the
