ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Koll Company is requesting Council to accept the de streets within Carlsbad Tract 81-10. Normally this ded would be made concurrent with Council's approval of the
However, the Koll Company must first secure offsite ded College Boulevard, which it is now in the process of do meantime, Koll has begun grading operations on the proj would like install street and utility improvements befo winter rains arrive. FISCAL IMPACT:
