RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is recommended that the City Council extend CP-176 for an addditional 12
months.
ITEM EXPLANATION
This item is a request for a 12 month extension of a condominium permit for the
Meadow Crest condominium development located on the southwest corner of Melrose
Avenue and Alga Road. This project was approved in September, 1981 and the
condominium permit expired in March, 1983. Pursuant to the Planning Cotmission
approval resolution (No. 1862), the applicant is required to obtain an extension
for the condominium permit from the City Council. Staff can support a 12 month
extension since the subdivision map for this project has already received final
map approval and the project still meets all zoning regulations.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
No-environmental review is necessary for this request.

agenda bill to present to the City Council to extend the above
condominium permit. Per your note to us dated October 28, 1983
(copy enclosed), this should be a consent calendar item and would
be scheduled for the first City Council meeting after you receive
our request for the extension.
Daon is anxious for this to appear before the City Council and if
there are any exhibits or documents you need from us, please get
in touch.
