RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Carlsbad Housing Authority requests approval of a two-year 1
with Alan K, Jacobs for the property at 3030 Harding Street,
Carlsbad, California. Adopt Resolution No. 7%3G aPPrc the lease.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Because of the approved move of the Carlsbad Senior Citizen'
Association to the Harding Center on January 1, 1984, the Ca
Housing Authority must locate suitable quarters. The office
at 3030 Harding Street consists of 950 sq. ft., including tk
private offices, reception area, work room, and rest room.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TWO-YEAR
COMMERCIAL LEASE FOR THE CARLSBAD HOUSING
AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the City provides space for the Housing Author
offices; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority is being relocated from
present offices at Hardinq Center, and
WHEREAS, office space has been located for the Housing
Authority Offices at 3030 Harding Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the lease with Alan K. Jacobs for the period I January 1, 1984 to December 31, 1985 be approved.
3. That the Mayor be directed to sign the lease on bel-
