RECOMMENDED ACTION:

ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering Staff has completed checking the final map of C
Tract 83-2, Unit No. 1, located at the existing east end of Poinsettia Lane, immediately north of the Spinnaker Hills'
City of Carlsbad's Municipal Code. The final map conforms
substantially with the conditions of approval and the tenta
map, as approved by the Planning Commission on March 9, 198
Planning Resolution No. 2090.
As a condition of approval for .Carlsbad Tract 83-2, the Dev
'was required to dedicate and improve a portion of Camino De Ondas. The Developer is offering easements for the north h Camino De Las Onda, as well as various utility easements ou' Unit No. 1 at this time to facilitate grading and the insta of utilities needed to serve Unit No. 1.
