The following fees have been collected by the city and should be refunded to
the appropriate parties:

AMOUNT
$600.00
REASON
The 0. K. Earl Corp. paid for a
Building Pennit on Nov. 22, 83 for
the installation of a Ready Teller
Machine at Home Savings & Loan which
included a Public Facilities Fee of
$600.00. The Building Dept. has re~
quested a refund for this amount
based on City Council Policy #H,
part 5. The machine was added to an .
exising bank. In staffs opinion,
it is an accessory use and not an
expansion of or addition to the bank.
~ FISCAL IMPACT:
0 a:: Any refund of fees reduce the amount of revenue a va i1 ab 1 e to the city; however, 8: the city may not retain fees collected in error, collected for services which
~ cannot be rendered, or collected with the intention of using said fees for a
deposit to guarantee the completion of a task once the task is completed.
