SUBJECT: CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC NUISANCE ABATEMENT - CHAPPEE AUTO
WRECKING
Staff has continued to monitor the Chappee Auto Wrecking site
for compliance with his agreement to remove all junk materials
from his yard. Substantial improvement continues to be made.
Although the clean-up is taking longer than first anticipated,
Mr. Chappee has continued the removal and staff is confident the
task will be accomplished.
Staff recommends that the public hearing on this matter be
continued to February 7, 1984.
