RECOMMENDED ACTION:
FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 80-38
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bon direct the Utilities/Maintenance Department to commence the public streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required project and has requested the City to accept the Public Improvements.
The Developer of this project was responsible for the di construction of the south half of Palomar Airport Road, the transition section to the Old County Road, which ha(
Council recently approved a contract and funding for th of a chip-seal surface to improve driver safety through section in wet weather.
One of the accidents that has occurred at this location past year damaged a short length of sidewalk. The Deve agreed to repair this damaged sidewalk within the next weeks. Enough bonding will be held by the City to (cove

Dear Mr. Allen:
The following is a list of Bonds, we had executed to
the City of Carlsbad for our project Tract CT80-38 City of Carlsbad known as Palomar Oaks. A Punch List dated Sept 8, 1982 prepared by H.E.Bacon Construction Inspect
and given to our job superintendant, was completed in total on Sept 17, 1982. The Buena Sanitation final in- spection and approval was given on 8/31/82. Costa Real Water District approval was received on 9/23/82 for water service.
I request at this date the following Bonds be exonerate
by the City at the earliest possible date.
