RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 81-44.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Tract 81-44, an 18-unit condo project located on Carlsbad Boulevard, between Tamarack and Sequoia Avenues, for confc with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Cc final map conforms substantially with the conditions of ab and the tentative map as approved by City Council on Janua 1982, per City Council Resolution No. 6762.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this
development will be offset by the payment of the Public Fc Fee.
