KNOWLES AVENUE TITLE;
Adopt Resolution No. 7qfLf accepting a portion of Knowles A
for an easement for roadway-purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of approval of a Building Permit, Mrs. Kelsey required to offer for dedication four feet of right-of-way a
portion of the north side of Knowles Avenue.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will sav
City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.
