RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 82-14.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Tract 82-14, a 38-unit subdivision, located at the existin end of Victoria Avenue, for conformance with the Subdivisi Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map confor substantially with the Conditions of Approval and the tent as approved by the Planning Commission on August 11, 1982, Resolution No. 2000.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this development will be offset by the payment of the Public Fz Fee.
