Eve] thing necessary for closing escrow has been done except for t acceptance of the deed by Council. A copy of the deed was received from the escrow officer on February 21, 1984. It is being presented as an off agenda anxious to have this transaction concluded. item so that escrow may close as soon as possible, Daon is FISCAL IMPACT None. Purchase price of $28,000 previously appropriated. WHEREAS, the Daon Corporation has submitted a Corporation Grant Deed conveying the site for the La Costa F: Station Site to the City of Carlsbad; a copy of said deed is file in the Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by 1 reference herein; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad h, determined it to be in the public interest to accept said Dei NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council the City of Carlsbad, California as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct 2. That the Grant Deed conveying the site for the Costa Fire Station Site to the City of Carlsbad is hereby accepted. 3.
