The Council discussed the proposed Capital Improvement Program and the City Manager's proposal actions on the Public Safety Center. The Council did not, however, appropriate funds for the above listed projects. The projects listed above have been discussed as being high priority projects which the Council has directed staff to proceed on this year. This action appropriates funds for these four projects and gives the Engineering Department the ability to begin work as soon as possible. FISCAL IMPACT: The appropriation of funds for these projects does not impact the position of the City's capital funds. All documents presented to Council to date have shown fund balances based upon the assumption that these pojects, as well as several others from prior years, would be reappropriated this year. The recommended projects would be funded as follows: SOURCE OF FUNDS PROJECT At General >rop.
