RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No.73-22 accepting two easements for dr
purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a Condition of Approval of CT 82-16 ("The Villas") I, 'I
the Subdivider was required to offer for dedication an of
easement for drainage purposes.
As a Condition of Approval of CT 74-4 ("Spinnaker Point"
Subdivider was required to offer for dedication an offsi
for drainage from Elm Avenue.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Requiring dedications as a Condition of Development wil:
City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.

RESOLUTION NO. 7522
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING TWO GRANT DEEDS.
WHEREAS, Treetops Unlimited has submitted a Grant Deed conveying
easements to the City of Carlsbad for drainage purposes; said Deed is
the Office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, Cedric E. Sanders has submitted a Grant Deed conveying
to the City of Carlsbad for drainage purposes; said Deed is on file i
of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City c
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deeds conveying easements to the City of Car
drainage purposes are hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the origi
be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
