RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Based on a request by the applicant, staff is recommending that the appeal of AV 83-4 be CONTINUED by the City Council to their meeting of March 20, 1984.
ITEM EXPLANATION
This item is a request for an administrative variance to reduce a rear yard setback which was denied by the Land Use Planning Manager and subsequently denied by the Planning Commission. This item was originally scheduled for March 6, but the applicant has requested a continuance to the meeting of March 20, 1984.
