We especially appreciate your City's willingness to join in the lawsuit filed with the California Supreme Court. As you know, Tustin has coordinated the lawsuit and has incurred all the expenses in preparing and filing the pleadings. The City of Oceanside has committed $10,000 towards the cost of the lawsuit. We would appreciate whatever financial support your City feels is appropriate. It is our feeling that since we all benefit from the lawsuit, your City will hopefully assist in defraying the legal expenses. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, RONALD B.
