RECOMMENDED ACTION:
CARLSBAD TRACT 81-30, UNITS NO. 3 AND NO. 4 (PACESETTER HOMES)
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 81-30, Units No. 3 and Nc
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Car
Tract 81-30, for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act anc
Carlsbad Municipal Code. Units No. 3 and No. 4 consist of 1:
condominums and are located on the north side of Poinsettia 1
east of Paseo del Norte. The final map conforms substantial1
the Conditions of Approval and the tentative map as approved
City Council on June 23, 1982, per City Council Resolution
No. 6964.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this development will be offset by the payment of the Public Facil
Fee.
