RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 83-28,
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Cai
Tract 83-28, a 25-unit condo project located on the northwes-
corner of Chinquapin Avenue and Interstate 5 for conformance
the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. Thi
map conforms substantially with the Conditions of Approval ai
tentative map as approved by Planning Commission on November 1983, per Planning Commission Resolution No. 2220.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this
development will be offset by the payment of the Public Faci Fee,
