RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 81-5.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map o-
Tract 81-5, a 16-lot project located on the northwest COI
Interstate 5 and Poinsettia Lane,for conformance with thc
Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. Thr
conforms substantially with the Conditions of Approval ai
tentative map as approved by Planning Commission on Decei
1982, per Planning Commission Resolution No. 2033.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this development will be offset by the payment of the Public
Fee.
