RECOMMENDED ACTION:
TITLE: NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE COASTAL STORM DRAINS (PROJECT NO. 3158)
Accept the Coastal Storm Drains Contract as complete. Direct the
City Clerk to have the Notice of Completion recorded, and release
the bonds 35 days after recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Coastal Storm Drains Contract has been satisfactorily completed on schedule. The original contract amount of $79,390 is unchanged. The Maintenance Department is satisfied with the work done.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Budgeted funds are available in Account No. 30-18-30-3158 to cover
the final contract amount of $79,390. Ten percent (10%) retention will be withheld until 35 days after the Notice of Completion.
