RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 82-5A.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract 82-5A, a 64-unit condo project located west of
Neblina Drive and south of future Tamarack Avenue for
conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad
Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantially with
the Conditions of Approval and the tentative map as approved
by City Council on January 17, 1984, per City Council
Resolution No. 7472.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this
development will be offset by the payment of the Public
Facilities' Fee.
