Charitable FoundatJon has approved a $400 donation to the
Cityof Carlsbad Parajmedic Trust Fund, to be used for whateve]
purpose is most appropriate. It is a token of our appreciatic for the outstanding service provided to the community by this dedicated and professional group.
If the Paramedics have a particular need that cannot b provided by the City, please let me know and it will be given
every consideration by the Directors, in their allocation of charitable funds received from the proceeds of the 1984
Tournament of Champiolns.

A RESOLUTION OF ‘THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF MONEY FOR THE PARAMEDIC
TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the Tournament of Champions Charitable Founda
wishes to make a donation of $400 to the paramedic trust fu
and
WHEREAS, the iCity Council wishes to accept this gift
pursuant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California
Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money fc
the paramedic trust fund.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
