The Field Review shows a present ADT (Average Daily Traffic) of ll,OOO vehicles which increases to a predicted 22,000 vehicles during the design life of the bridge. For the amount of traffic predicted tor this bridge during its service life, the FHWA would not finance, and CalTrans would not approve a bridge of less than four lanes at this location.
