Staff recommends acceptance of the i ti

Completion recorded, and release the bonds 35 days after
recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On February 2-1, 1984, the Council awarded a contract for the
painting of the Library to Prime Coatings, 445 No. Hale Ave.,
Escondido, CA 92025, in the amount of $10,550. The painting of
the Library has been completed as is acceptable to the Library and
to the Parks and Recreation Department.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds in the amount of $10,550 are available in the Building
Maintenance Account, 01-53-20-2490.
