RECOMMENDED ACTION:
City Council direct staff to prepare the necessary documents to mnd Municipal
Code 20.44.040 and 20.44.080 to revise the Park-In-Lieu Fee amputation.
The nnmicipal de specifies that the computations for the Park-In-Lieu Fees
relating to land values be updated on an annual basis.
Staff has analyzed the existing fee schedule and the dwelling unit classifications
and pmpes the following revisions:
1. The fee schedule requires no change.

District 4 are adequate.
