ITE~ EXPLANATION:
Section 3.32.020 of the Carlsbad Muiu:clpal Code states that -the
"Finance Director shall pr~pare for presentation at each regular
cfty Co~ncil meeting of demands which shall ~epresent all
financial demands made upon the City from and after the date of
the last register so prepared". It also states that "the
Finance Director sha-11 attach thereto an affidavit certifying the
accuracy of the demands and the availability of the funds for
payment thereof".
