purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As part of the Building Permit Application for Sea Pointe Te Center, located on Avenida Encinas just north of Burroughs,
waterline easement was found necessary to serve buildings an
hydrants within this project. The Applicant has executed th
required easement and submitted it to Council for acceptance
FISCAL IMPACT:
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will sav
City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.

RESOLUTION NO. 7630
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
FOR WATERLINE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Sea Pointe Developers has submitted a Grant Dc
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for waterline
purposes; said Deed is on file in the Office of the City C~L
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said Dt
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of 1
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement to the I
Carlsbad for waterline purposes is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause
original Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Rec
of San Diego County, State of California, with the appropric
Certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of tk !
Carlsbad City Council held on the 19thday of June
1984, by the following vote, to wit:
